Used to be that agents depended on their Brokers for all their information, training and coaching.  That is certainly not the case today.  As a matter of fact, today there is not a single realty-based service that Brokers provide, that agents can't find for themselves on the web.  Often agents will find products and services that are better than what is provided by their Broker.  There is no advantage or need for a single source entity to provide agents with will all the tools they need to run their businesses.
