IHI represents the purchaser of the property, not the seller, realtor or bank. We provide an onsite three-ring binder outlining the areas of inspection as well as those not accessable. Model and serial numbers of the HVAC and plumbing systems will be provided for age and service. We produce a master summary page which is computer generated with digital photos. These are emailed to the buyer and the buyers agent.
We are Building Code Certified which qualifies us to conduct new and resale home inspections in Georgia. We are also certified with IAQA-IESO as a Certified Residential Mold Inspections (CRMI). We are insured and have lock-box accessibility.
